• “As one of the guidebook says, its almost more of a gated community than a hotel! A collection of villas grouped in a compound behind high walls. The basic level of accommodation is more than adequate and good value and includes breakfast. I stayed there 6 nights and it never seemed very busy, although any people in the more expensive accommodations my well have eaten and socialized in their own apartments. There is a pleasant central bar by the swimming pool and a nice restaurant with good international food and surprisingly reasonably priced”.

“This hotel is not your normal type of hotel. You stay in a very large villa with a lounge centrally located with all the rooms going out of this. The rooms are very nice and the overall atmosphere is one of opulence”.

  • “Really home away from home feeling and atmosphere.

The ambiance is so homely, you’d swear you’re serviced right under your own home roof.

I’m planning to take my family for a week stay to experience this out of the world treat”.

    Luxurious rooms, amenities and facilities.

I was attending a series of meetings, with colleagues and most commented on the level of professionalism and quality of snacks, coffee/tea served. Breakfast was very good and the buffet lunch was fresh, tasty and well prepared.

It was raining and the staff went out of their way to assist us in the outdoor areas with carrying our files to and from the meeting venue and even provided us with umbrellas. Staff was always greeting us and had a ready smile.

WiFi was really good.. We enjoyed our stay would highly recommended, especially for business

We were pleasantly surprised with the Royal Villas – nice & clean and very spacious. Value for money. Restaurant has some nice options for food and wine. I will stay there again if I go to Swaziland. Lots of space !

Room Tip: King rooms have Jacuzzi !

This was my first time to stay at the Royal Villas and I intend to return and stay there most of the time I will be in Swaziland. The rooms are spacious and its like being home away from home. I certainly recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: Rooms on the western side are quieter

    “Very nice resort”

    Reviewed January 28, 2015

This was a lovely hotel. We stayed in the King Suite and it was very large. My husband and I joked that we have lived in apartments smaller than our suite! The hotel was immaculate, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the mountain views lovely. The restaurant had a nice ambiance overlooking the pool. We didn’t eat dinner there but had breakfast. It was very good with a continental buffet of fruits, yogurts, cereals, assortment of breads and pastries plus you could order of the menu. Our only disappointment was the WiFi did not work in our room.
